Up and running in a minute
- Open the downloaded .dmg and drag Khonnect into Applications.
- The first time, right-click the app in Applications and choose Open, then Open again.
- After that it opens normally and updates itself.
- Run the downloaded installer.
- If Windows shows “Windows protected your PC”, click More info, then Run anyway.

Frequently asked
Is Khonnect really free?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and includes tasks, projects, timers, meetings, files, Money and backup to your own cloud folder. Pro and Team add Khonnect Cloud backup, calls from any network and bigger teams.
Do I need an account?
No. You can use the app without an account and everything stays on your computer. An account is needed for team chat across the internet, cloud backup and paid plans. Sign in with Google or with email.
How do I pay?
Inside the app, open Settings → Profile → Account and choose Upgrade. Pay in cedis with MTN, Telecel or AirtelTigo mobile money for a month or a year, or with a card that renews automatically. The app reminds you three days before your plan ends.
Can I use my own AI key?
Yes, on every plan. Add a key from your AI provider in Settings and use it without limits.
What happens to my data if I switch computers?
Restore your encrypted backup on the new computer, including your team and chats, and carry on where you left off.
Which computers does it work on?
Macs with Apple silicon or Intel running macOS 13 or later, and Windows 10 or 11 PCs, including Windows on ARM.
