How it works

From purchase to automatic updates

1. Buy a licence

Pay securely through Paystack. Your licence key arrives by email and in your account straight away.

2. Install and activate

Upload the plugin to WordPress, then paste your key on its Licence screen.

3. Get every update

New versions appear in your WordPress dashboard. Turn on auto-updates and they install themselves.

4. Renew yearly

Renew to keep receiving updates. If you don’t, the plugin keeps working on its current version.

Do I need an AI API key?

Yes. KGW AI Assistant connects to your own OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude or compatible account. Those AI charges are separate from the plugin licence.

What happens when my licence expires?

The plugin keeps working on the version you have. Renew any time to receive new versions and fixes again; renewing adds a year from your current expiry date.

Can I move my licence to another website?

Yes. Remove the old website in My account → Licences, then activate the key on the new one.

Do I need WooCommerce?

No. WooCommerce is optional. With it, KGW can show product cards, compare products and guide customers to checkout.

How do updates work?

Your site checks kgwapps.com for new versions. Updates appear in your WordPress dashboard like any other plugin, with release notes, and can install automatically.
